Coca Cola 2

[This poem is read by Carolyn BaxterMP3 of this poem]

last year I was certain
your love would be the real thing
Coca Cola in the vast desert of desire
you would quench my thirst

Ahhh …
I remember now
Coke wakes up the taste
but leaves a wanting
Coke goes with anything
has concessions everywhere

still, a sip was sweet
