Wide-ranging interview in which she discusses status of women in colonial Vietnam, advances in North and especially in liberated zones of the South. Says that 40% of the liberation force commanders in South were women. Also discusses women political prisoners. Emphasizes that southern forces did not take military steps until political groundwork has been laid. Also discusses changes in divorce law.
