Herman Bell
Herman Bell is one of the longest held political prisoners in the United States. He has been incarcerated since 1973 for his work in the Black Panther Party and the Black Liberation Movement.

Bell defines the Black Liberation Army and talks about fellow political prisoners and their treatment by police. Institutional racism is described as are his political goals for the future.
