He claims that within Israel there are different interpretations of Zionism, but the majority do not support the discrimination against its Arab citizens. Although he claims to support the rights of Palestinians, by supporting the creation of two independent states, he supports the Zionist endeavor to maintain Israel as a militarized Jewish state.
