One-on-one interview with Ernesto "Che" Guevara from 1964. During the interview, Che speaks about some necessary elements for the seizure of power for revolution. He reveals that each movement depends on the people and cannot be an imitation of another movement such as the one that took place in Cuba. He uses the case of Puerto Rico as an example and also feels that in order for a revolution of the people to happen in the U.S- the considerations would be much more complex and need to take on a character of its own.

The Broadway show the Cape Man focused on the life of Salvador Argon, a 16 year old Puerto Rican youth who became the youngest person sentenced death. The show had a musical score that included Ruben Blades and Marc Anthony. The history of the musicians Arsenio Rodriguez, and Javier Solis. The visit of Pope John Paul to Cuba, and the Pope’s denunciation of the US embargo on the nation. Dr. Kenya Jimenez of UC Berkley, discusses the book The Buried Mirror by Carlos Fuentes, and details the life of Juana Ibanez de la Cruz. The music of Cuban musician Ernesto Lecuona.

This album was recorded in Havana, Cuba by a Puerto Rican group called Taone. Influenced by the Nueva Trova movement in Cuba, Taone traveled to Havana in 1973 to record an album of protest songs in solidarity with revolutionary Cuba. Liner notes contain song lyrics.
