Real Dragon was a radio program broadcast on KPFA from 1971-1973. This news show focused on issues of national liberation, political prisoners, Vietnam and other major national and international topics.

Rabbi Elmer Berger takes an anti-Zionist position however clearly distinguishes between Jews and Zionists. He details the history of Jews and claims there was no previous widespread oppression in the Middle East and the persecution of Jews always was at the hands of Christians, not Muslims. He explains that Israel is simply representative of colonialism. Two days later, Rabbi Asher disputes Rabbi Elmer Berger’s points. He has an unfavorable view of Rabbi Berger and speaks about the necessity of the Jewish peoples’ survival in Israel. Sound becomes garbled towards the middle of the interview. The reel ends with a report on sewage in San Francisco.
