This video contains George W. Bush's 2002 address to the U.N. General Assembly in which Bush attempts to make links between the Iraqi state and the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. In his address, Bush claims that crimes of Saddam Hussein, the Iraqi regime's "expanding" chemical weapons production and stockpiles, WMD programs, and supposed nuclear weapons capabilities, mark a "grave and gathering danger" and threat to world security. Bush also blames Iraqi civilian death from imposed sanction on Hussein's refusal to comply with the sanctions regime.
