Lunch continued - Cunningham discusses cross strategy, as defense is quickly moving through their case. In regards to public opinion, case took a turn when FBI took the stand. The case is not 1st of its kind, (Hampton, Geronimo), but a unique success. Littletree gives radio interview about time of arrest, Doyle's denials, affidavit, and Officer Robert Chenault's testimony. Team discusses tension between Oakland Police Department and FBI. Bloom and Littletree discuss SA Phil Sena, FBI defendant. All discuss informant tip, and Lisa Bari testifying. Cherney to speak at Oakland High School to educate youth on what happened and wants press conference on FBI bomb school.
