Thank you for considering Freedom Archives as a potential home for your historical materials. We ask that you fill out the following form to help us better understand your proposed donation. Unfortunately, as a small community funded archives we do not have an acquisitions budget and cannot compensate anyone for their donation. Upon submitting this form staff will evaluate the scope of your proposed donation and will try and be in touch within a couple weeks of your submission. While we sincerely appreciate you thinking of us, depending on the circumstances, we may decline part or all of a donation.

For example, Freedom Archives may choose not to accept items which are in poor condition, which duplicate other items in the Freedom Archives or that are beyond the scope of the Freedom Archives collection policy. Donations to Freedom Archives are based on relevancy to our collecting scope.
