Twenty-two year old Animal/Earth Liberation prisoner Chris
McIntosh is currently awaiting trial in Seattle, accused
of an arson which took place  at an area McDonald's
restaurant. The January 20th, 2003 action was claimed
jointly by the ELF & ALF. Damage was estimated to be
$5,000. A warrant was issued Jan 24th, 2005 and Chris was
arrested soon after in
Philadelphia on Feb 16th. He has subsequently  been held in
Philadelphia, transfered to Oklahoma and finally moved to
Seattle. At all facilities, Chris has been placed in the
`hole' for the majority of his time. A preliminary hearing
occurred on March 21st, and as of early April, Chris
McIntosh has been charged with Animal Enterprise Terrorism
in conjunction with the alleged arson. He's now facing a
minimum 30 years. Chris is vegetarian but has only been
receiving "very low quality soy pellets" to sustain
himself in prison. He is currently in the 'hole' again
awaiting
his trial date.

Chris is in desperate need of support!
1. Please take a few minutes to write Chris a short
letter, letting him know that he's in your thoughts. He
has said that he would sincerely appreciate keeping in
contact with people on the outside. Tell him about
yourself, send some art, drop him a postcard- just
remember that all mail
is read, so please avoid any discussion about his case.
Also, all mail must include a full return address.

2. Please make it clear to the government and media that
we support Chris by planning to attend his upcoming court
dates. Dates will be posted at

3. He would appreciate any reading material, but
particularly books and zines relating to anarchist theory,
the Earth and the animals. All magazines and books must be
paperback and sent directly from the publisher or an
online distributor (akpress.org offers %30 discounts,
amazon.com is
reliable and easy to use). Please use the above mailing
address.

4. Chris is currently saving up his money for a radio,
stamps to reply to his supporters, and calling cards to
reach family and friends. Please help Chris keep in
contact with the outside world by making a donation. He'd
also like to be able to purchase Vegan food from his
commissary. All
donations, no matter how small, are gratefully received.
