Twenty-two year old Animal/Earth Liberation prisoner Chris<br>
McIntosh is currently awaiting trial in Seattle, accused<br>
of an arson which took place at an area McDonald's<br>
restaurant. The January 20th, 2003 action was claimed<br>
jointly by the ELF & ALF. Damage was estimated to be<br>
$5,000. A warrant was issued Jan 24th, 2005 and Chris was<br>
arrested soon after in<br>
Philadelphia on Feb 16th. He has subsequently been held in<br>
Philadelphia, transfered to Oklahoma and finally moved to<br>
Seattle. At all facilities, Chris has been placed in the<br>
`hole' for the majority of his time. A preliminary hearing<br>
occurred on March 21st, and as of early April, Chris<br>
McIntosh has been charged with Animal Enterprise Terrorism<br>
in conjunction with the alleged arson. He's now facing a<br>
minimum 30 years. Chris is vegetarian but has only been<br>
receiving "very low quality soy pellets" to sustain<br>
himself in prison. He is currently in the 'hole' again<br>
awaiting<br>
his trial date.<br><br>
Chris is in desperate need of support!<br>
1. Please take a few minutes to write Chris a short<br>
letter, letting him know that he's in your thoughts. He<br>
has said that he would sincerely appreciate keeping in<br>
contact with people on the outside. Tell him about<br>
yourself, send some art, drop him a postcard- just<br>
remember that all mail<br>
is read, so please avoid any discussion about his case.<br>

reliable and easy to use). Please use the above mailing<br>

4. Chris is currently saving up his money for a radio,<br>
stamps to reply to his supporters, and calling cards to<br>
reach family and friends. Please help Chris keep in<br>
contact with the outside world by making a donation. He'd<br>
also like to be able to purchase Vegan food from his<br>
