Decisive Hearing for Dr. Al-Arian Next Friday

January 9, 2009 - There will be a decisive hearing in Dr. Sami 
Al-Arian's case in exactly ONE WEEK -- Friday, January 16, 2009. It 
is expected that the judge will rule on dozens of motions, among 
them, the validity of the immunity order which led to the current 
contempt charges against Dr. Al-Arian. At the hearing, Judge Leonie 
Brinkema will either set a date for the trial or dismiss the charges 
altogether. It is thus vital that as many of Dr. Al-Arian's 
supporters attend as possible.
