Connexions
“Connexions” was an international women’s quarterly journal of translations produced by, for, and about women published in Oakland in the 1980s and ‘90s. Through a radical feminist lens, the collective that produced “Connexions” aimed to contribute to international women’s movements by utilizing contributors' diverse nationalities and political perspectives to empower, educate, and connect women. The contributors and producers attempted to publish unique women’s writings to connect women internationally and provide them with contacts for research and information exchange.
