On Monday, August 29th at 1:30 p.m. a contempt of court hearing is 
scheduled to be heard before Judge Dondero in state civil court located at 
McAllister and Polk (San Francisco) for Ray Boudreaux who has refused to 
comply with the court's order that he give testimony before a state grand 
jury allegedly investigating activities attributed to the Black Panther 
Party over 30 years ago.

Judge Dondero granted Ray's lawyer's motion to make the hearing public. It 
is important that people attend the proceedings and pay close attention to 
what takes place.  Ray's lawyer, Michael Burt, has done an excellent job 
briefing the arguments and it is important that everyone show their support.
