Guest speakers include visitors from Mapuche resistance and from Sogorea Te’ Land Trust. \nAbout the Films:\nZuguleaiñ: hablaremos (we will speak) \nEnglish \nIn 2015\, a group of Mapuche students organized the first Mapuzugun language camp. More than 50 students from all over the country came to get involved in the fight to revitalize the Mapuche language. This documentary follows the stories of four participants in their paths of decolonizing through learning their ancestral language\, examining the hegemonic forces that are responsible for making their language disappear. \nSpanish \nEn 2015 un grupo de estudiantes mapuches organizó el primer internado lingüístico del mapuzugun. Más de 50 estudiantes de todo el país llegaron para involucrarse en la lucha por revitalizar el idioma mapuche. This documentary challenges viewers to consider the perilous impact of colonization on the Ohlone people in the Bay Area.
