Attached is the petition for Oscar, requesting that the parole board
grant him parole. He will appear before the parole board the week
of January 3rd!! That leaves us only 2 months to collect
petitions. Right now, we only have about 1,000 collected locally
(in Chicago) and we have only received via mail 2 (!!) from out of
state. <br><br>
By the time Carlos Alberto Torres went before the parole board we had
about 20,000 letters. In total, for Carlos, we collected over
40,000 letters. <br><br>
Please everyone, we have to show the parole board the amount of support
Oscar has. Please make sure to get petitions signed and mail them
