</a>The 9th Circuit Cout of Appeals reversed the conviction of Briana

Waters<br>

on September 14th, 2010, based on their findings that her conviction

was<br>

improper because important rulings by the trial court deprived her of

a<br>

fair trial.<br><br>

After serving 2 and a half years, she was released from prison

today,<br>

October 14, 2010, pending a re-trial.<br><br>

She is ecstatic about being reunited with her daughter,

Kalliope.<br><br>
