In a conference call yesterday with the judge and prosecutor, Scott's

scheduled for September 13th. Various deadlines for discovery and motions

were<br>

set, including May discovery deadlines for both the defense and

prosecution and<br>

a pre-trial conference on August 23rd.<br><br>

The trial postponement will give Scott's attorneys needed time to prepare

a<br>

defense against a still-vague and uninformative indictment, and needed

time for<br>

us--his supporters--to raise the tens of thousands of dollars that we

need to<br>

cover legal and travel costs, and support activities.<br><br>
