Drop the Charges against the SF 8: Support
Francisco Torres!

Come to Court Thursday, Feb 18
Hearing 9:00 a.m., Department 22.
850 Bryant St.

As you may recall, in January, rather than moving forward on the
motion to dismiss charges or the preliminary hearing, the
prosecution came up with 400 more pages of discovery,
and everything was postponed once more.

Perhaps they hope to discourage the support that has never wavered
for the SF 8.

The next hearing is this Thursday, and as always, it is critical to be
present. Every time there is a court hearing, it is vital that the
judge and the prosecution witness the powerful support for the SF
8.

The defense and prosecution are scheduled to present a joint
statement of uncontested facts bearing on the defense motion to
dismiss the remaining charge against Cisco on the grounds of
prejudicial delay. Judge Moscone will set the next dates for
hearings.
