Let's tie up those fax machines and the mail as well. The letter I

emailed<br>

and faxed will be going in the mail tomorrow.<br><br>

I also called and faxed both Commissioner Brian Fischer and Chief

Medical<br>

Officer Dr. Lester Wright. Their letters will be mailed tomorrow as

I received word from Dr. Courtnie York, Bashir Hameed's niece after

her<br>

visit with him today. She is extremely concerned and asked our help

in<br>

getting Bashir removed from Comstock Prison to the Albany Medical

Center.<br><br>

She is concerned because he is having chest pains, shortness of breath

and<br>

has a fluid buildup in his stomach. Also his legs and feet are swollen.

She<br>

is very concerned because he has not had a check up this year by the

doctor<br>

who did his open heart surgery.<br><br>
