(the son of MOVE 9 prisoners Debbie and Mike Sr.), talking about Mumia

Abu-Jamal and his relationship to MOVE.<br>

This is the third video in a new

Series</a>. The first two videos feature interviews with

(talking about the optional parole stipulations that may be required of

Almost 30 years after the

<a href="http://insubordination.blogspot.com/2007/07/attention-move-this-is-america.html">

Aug. 8, 1978 confrontation</a> in Philadelphia, the eight remaining

<a href="http://www.onamove.com/move9/">"MOVE 9"</a> prisoners

are now eligible for parole (see

<a href="http://www.philly.com/inquirer/local/philadelphia/20080228_MOVE_members_due_for_parole_hearing.html">

Philadelphia Inquirer</a> and

Parole Board. With the hearings just weeks away, MOVE is asking for

support by

On Tuesday, Feb. 19, in a ruling unrelated to the pending

<a href="http://www.abu-jamal-news.com/temp/May17Audio.html">US Third

Circuit Court decision</a>, The PA Supreme Court rejected Mumia

Abu-Jamal's appeal of

<a href="http://www.zmag.org/content/showarticle.cfm?ItemID=8603">a 2005

ruling</a>, which had rejected his PCRA petition on grounds that it was

not "timely" (see

<a href="http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5iu7PTDiKqmVlPwnGH1mYVrTWha9gD8UTLLAG0">

This ruling now cuts off one more avenue of appeal for Abu-Jamal, which

demonstrations</a> following the federal ruling that is expected any

time, lead organizer Pam Africa criticized the corporate media and urged

supporters to fight media bias by helping to publicize the

<a href="http://www.abu-jamal-news.com/">new photo evidence</a> and

<a href="http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=277814902&blogID=353965493">

internet videos</a> presenting the evidence.<br><br>
