Some bad news from Indiana concerning our comrade Zolo<br>
Azania.<br><br>
The Indiana Supreme Court, in a 3 to 2 decision,<br>
overruled the lower court and held "that neither the<br>
delay nor any prejudice that Azania may suffer from it<br>
violates his constitutional rights. The State may<br>
continue to seek the death penalty."<br><br>
Zolo and his legal team from the People's Law Office<br>
in Chicago fought very hard on this and had help from<br>
many activists in Indiana and Illinois, the National<br>
Conference of Black Lawyers, the National Lawyers<br>
Guild, the Center for Constitutional Rights, and many<br>
others. Of course the struggle is not over, but this<br>
is certainly a defeat. <br><br>
This would be a good time to send some love and light<br>
