What: The next court date for the San Francisco federal grand jury’s<br>
investigation into the Bay Area activist community is scheduled for
this<br>
Wednesday, Sept. 14. On that day, local activist Nadia Winsted
is<br>
scheduled to appear before the grand jury, whereupon she may be jailed
for<br>
exercising her Constitutional rights before this secret government<br>
inquisition session.<br><br>
A demonstration in support of Nadia is tentatively scheduled for
this<br>
Wednesday, September 14 in front of the federal building in San
Francisco.<br><br>
Currently, several activists in San Diego are already jailed in the<br>
government’s attempt to coerce their testimony before a federal grand
jury<br>
that is investigating the activist community there. Like our brave<br>
activist brothers and sisters in San Diego, Nadia and other San
Francisco<br>
activists will refuse to give in to the government’s oppression of
our<br>
Constitutional rights.<br><br>
Come show your opposition to FBI witch hunts in the activist
community,<br>
and voice your support for Nadia’s resistance to government oppression!
