Greetings <br><br>
I spoke with Veronza late last night after waiting for<br>
his call saying he was on the outside calling, but<br>
instead Veronza was again denied release from federal<br>
custody. The National Park Service Rangers Fraternal<br>
Order of Police (7,000 memebers) national office in<br>
Virginia filed a petition with the parole board on<br>
Thursday stating that if Veronza was released the<br>
lives of ALL police officers would be in danger. The<br>
board acted on this and denied Veronza his release<br>
until after a March 21, 2005 hearing.<br><br>
Veronza's family and friends--15 strong--were there at<br>
the prison to greet him and were denied for a second<br>
time. Please stay in touch as we might need emergency<br>
letters and calls. We are awaiting word from the legal<br>
team.<br><br>
