letterofcommunicationaboutwherethingsarenow,andgoingforward. 
FirstletmesaythatIamfinallyovertheshockofwhatMoFoandtheir 
proprosecution,pro-exlawenforcementteamofexpertsdid.WhenIwas 
firsttoldaboutitbyoneofmyattorneys,Iwastold howbaditwas... 
butnothowbogusitis...andmaybethat'sbecausetheirreportwasnew 
andhadnotbeentakenapartandthoroughlygoneoveratthatpointin time.

Sincethen,thatreporthasbeentakenapart,andthoroughlygoneon. 
Mylegalteam,thelawfirmofOrrick,Herrington&SutcliffLLPis going to 
respondtothe one-sidedproprosecutionreportthatMoFodid.Therehas 
beenfoundmanylies/untruthsinMoFo'sreport,andthebestexamplethat 
IcangiveyoucanbefoundinBobEgelko'sSanFranciscoChronicle’s January23,2023 
articleonwhathappenedcalled:'Newreportaffirming 
DeathRowinmateKevinCooper'sguilthasn'tputdoubtsaboutcasetorest'.

withinthisarticle,oneofthemostegregiousthingssaidtobeinMoFo's 
biasedreportisthislie:InvestigatorsfoundCooper'sDNAandFingerprints 
atthemurdersite'.Bothofthosearelies,andnooneknowsthis better 
thanmylegalteam.

It'smyunderstandingthattheirreporthasmanyuntruthswithinit.So,we 
arenowpreparingourreply,andwillgobackto theGovernorwiththe 
'Truth'whichincludesourexpertswhoMoFohadnotinterviewed.'But' this 
isgoingtobeanotherlongshot,anduphillbattletogetthegovernorto 
grantusthetypeofindependentinnocenceinvestigationthatweallthought 
thatheorderedinhisexecutiveorderonMay28,2021.

Iwant,andneedyourhelp,andIneeditthisway.'We'havetobuild,if 
wedon'talreadyhaveit,awaytogetournewreportthatwillrefutewhat 
MoFodidouttotheworld.Wehavetohaveasocialmediaoutreachplanso 
thatwhenourreportisgiventotheGovernor'soffice,itcanalsobe givento 
everymediaoutletpossible.That'sjustwhatMoFodid,whenthey 
sentouttheirreport,theysentitouttothemainstreammediatoo.

Orrickwilluseitsmediaresources,andwehaveto useours.Soifanyof 
youarewillingto getinvolvedtodothisandtohelpmeinthisway,I

OthermediaoutletshavealsocoveredthetruthaboutwhatMoFodid,butnot 
many.Wehavetochangethis.OneofthemediaresourcesthatIamasking 
myattorneystocontactisMr. 
RobertDunhamfortheDeathPenaltyInformationCenterinWashington,D.C..HecommentedintheEgelkopieceabout 
thisinvestigationhavinga'strongprosecutionbias'.

OurSisterinstruggleMs. MaryKateDeLuccoofDeathPenaltyFocuswrotea 
verytruthfulandverystrongpiececoncerningthisso-calledinvestigation, 
andif youhaven'treadit,Iaskyouto'Please'doso,andifyoudon't 
haveitaskCaroletosentittoyou,andshewill.

AlltheBradyViolations,andeverythingelsethatweprovedwasdonein 
thiscasebylawenforcementandtheprosecutionwasnotdealtwithby 
MoFo,norwastheracisminthiscaseandotherissues.Onemustask'why' 
werethesemostimportantandillegalthingsnotevenmentionedbythose people?

Wehavetoaskquestionslikethattothegovernor,thoughIdoubtthat 
hewillanswerthem.

Ihavereceived,andeverydaypassingday,Icontinuetoreceiveletters 
andcardsofsupportandencouragementfrommanydifferentpeople.Some 
peopleIknow,othersIdon't.Buttheone thingtheyallsayintheirown 
uniquewayisthattheyseethroughthebullshitofwhatwasdone.They 
knowthatthiswasabogusandbiasinvestigation.

Ihopethatallofyouseethesetruthsaswell,andthatsomeofyouwill 
workwithotherswhoarereceivingthismissive,andwillbuildawayto 
getwhatmyattorneys,aregoingtoreleaseouttothe world.Theonlyway(s) 
thatwecangetthegovernortograntmearealindependentandinnocence 
investigationistogivehimatruththathecannotignoreconcerningthis 
MoForeport,andOrrickisworkingonthiswithmanyexpertsandattorneys.

It’s alsogoingtotakepublicpressure,mediaexposureandacombinationof 
thetwo,andotherpeopleandororganizationsgettinginvolvedtomake 
thegovernordotherightthing.Ihavestatedthistomylegalattorney 
Normanacoupleofdifferenttimes.

Thiscanworkoutinourfavorifwegetthe'truth'outtherebecause 
certainpeopleareseeingthisMoForeportforwhatitis,'biased&bogus' 
andtheyarespeakingout,wejustneedmoretodoso.

Ihavenotandwillnotgiveup,Iwillkeepfightingformylife,toget 
outofhere,andtoendthedeathpenalty.
