Iwrite and sent this to you in'Peace,Respect &Truth', because it is 
truly very importantthat Isay these thingstoyou.'Nomatterwhoyouare' if 
you have not read Justice Browning's15 page 2004dissent,which saved my 
lifein2004when thisstatetried toexecuteme,thenyoudonotknow thiscase like 
you 'think you do'.

Likeallstories,thereisabeginning,amiddleandanend.JusticeBrowning's 
dissentisthebeginning,andsincethatdissent, Orrickhasdiscoveredlots 
ofnewevidencethatwenowknowabout.LiketheProKedTennisShoecatalog 
thatJusticeBrowningdidnotknowaboutbecausewedidnotlearnaboutit 
until2005.OrthemissingBlueshirt,thatwealsodidnotlearnaboutuntil 2005. 
Thosearejust2oftheexamplesofwhat 
JusticeBrowning'sdissenthelpedustofindbecauseIwasnotexecutedin2004.

Orrick,Herrington& SutcliffeLLP,thelaw firm that isrepresenting me,has 
always hadto notjust'say something about evidence',they havehadto 'prove 
it',andtheyhave,andthat is in partwhyI am alivetoday,and why 
weweregranted thatsocalled innocence investigation.What thelateJustice 
Browning wrote in hisdissentcame into beingbecause ofwhatOrrick proved 
to him.

In allof thecourt proceedings, and clemency petition(s),letters to the 
Governor(s),memo's to MoFo,Orrick has'proved'what weclaimed by citing to 
trial transcripts, court records,policereports,police logs,and 
oranything else that could becited to inorder to not only say 
something,butto prove that whatwe say is 'the Truth'.

Forexample,former prison Warden MidgeCarrollwhowas theWardenat the time 
Iwalked away from Chino prison told the San Bernardinocountysheriff's 
departmentthatthePro KedTennisshoes thatthey and thosedistrict attorney 
kept saying were 'prison issued tennisshoes'were in fact 'NotPrison 
Issued Tennis Shoes'and infactshedid research and found that theycould 
bebought retailin storessuch asSears. Orrickcites toher declaration,and 
her testimony at thehearingI was grantedin 2005.MoFodoes not,they just 
claim that those shoeswere prison issued.'Nor'does Mofo cite to thatPro 
Ked Tennis Shoe Catalogthatwe haveand cite to inallof our petitions,or 
legal /./paperworkasprovethatwhat theformerWardenMidgeCarrollsaysisthe 
truthabout those tennisshoesnotbeingprisonissued.'Nor'doesMoFocite to 
the tennisshoerepresentative DonLuckwho testified in2005 that those 
tennisshoeswere not prison issued,and he is the personthat gave us the 
ProKedTennisShoeCatalogwhich proves this.WhileMoFonevercited toany of 
thisin theirbiasedreport,Orrickhascited to thissincewefirstlearned 
aboutit in 2005 inallof our courtand clemencyfilings,and have the tennis 
shoe,catalog in a exhibitin our 2016clemency petition.

'But'thisallstarts withJustice Browning’s dissentwhere he speaksabout 
Midge Carroll,the tennisshoes,theBradyviolation(s), andmany otherissues, 
including thecigarettebutt thatMoFo'sexpertsayshas my DNA on it and was 
located in the victimsstolen car,which is not the truth.

in the Process We Are In Now'!

Justice Browning alsowrites about A-41, it'scontamination and possibly 
being 'tampered' with,andby who.Hein2004,justasJusticeFletcherdid 
in2009,and like Orrick always does,cites where the realinformation on 
these thingscanbe located. 'But'MoFo and their socalled experts donot 
cite towhere what they saycan befound, because what they saycannot be 
found.Theymade thingsup,omitted other things,anddideverything that 
Orrick cannow provewasand is'trickery'to make theircase.

'If'any of youdonothaveJusticeBrowning's 15 pagedissent,it'snothad 
toget,justcontact Narda,orGavrilah and they willforward it toyou.Or 
youcanaskCarole, and shewillhaveone ofthem forward it to you.

 From myrecent conversationswithReneand other members of my legal team, 
ourDNA team did prove that A-41wascontaminated, and thatitwas tampered 
with,byincluding evidence that MoFo's expert did not mention, buthad to 
know about,buthe just left itoutof his biased report. Thanks toCarole 
working with me,wecannow prove that MoFo's DNAexpertand the person we 
claim tampered withA-41havearelationship ofover40 years.Theykneweach 
other since theearly 1980's,belonged to thesame criminalist 
organization, and eachhad a important role in thatorganization.

Orrickknows about this 'conflictof interest' relationship between those2 
andhow onecannotandwould notanddidnotsayanything negativeabout the other.

I saythesethingstoyou inhopesthatyouwillacton it insome type of way at 
theright time. As Istated in my last brief update toyou,Orrick's 
position on their endgamehasnotchanged.They, like meareworking to get 
theGovernor tofirstand foremostnotallowMoFosone-sidedandbiased report 
stand,in partbecause thepeoplewhowrote itfor themostpartarenotqualified 
to write what they wrote.

Aswellasbecause theydid notfollowhisexecutive orderconcerning whathe 
wanted them todo.Thenafter that,acceptour2016clemency petition andall 
thefactualevidencewithinit,including ourexhibits and7Bradyviolations 
thatwe found.Plus our evidence,and letters and memo's that wesent to the 
Governor and to MoFowhichnotonly proved that I am'Wrongfully Convicted,

but thatIWasFramed bySanBernardino countyLawEnforcement &D.A.'Soffice' 
an4heonlyreason they did that isbecause'I amInnocent'!

Taking apartwhatMoFodidwasnothard todo,andwedid itbecausewewanted 
to,wehave thewill**todo soformanydifferent reasons.When itcomes to 
exposing what MoFoand theirex-law enforcement experts and others did,the 
'WillHasTo BeThereAsWell'because this is a oneof a kind story that is 
partof a larger story in thehistory of thissocalled justice system.
