[Ppnews] Letter calling for dropping of charges against SF 8 - Francisco Torres

yet mailing them in but hope to gather significant support to publish 
it and pressure the CA Attorney General, Jerry Brown, to drop the 
charges against Francisco Torres, the last remaining member of the 
San Francisco 8 facing charges.
