Legacy of Torture - The War Against the Black Liberation Movement:
Eight Black Community Activists, mostly Black Panthers, were arrested
on January 23, 2007 in California, Florida and New York, on charges
stemming from a 1971 killing of a San Francisco police officer -
charges which had been thrown out over three decades earlier, after
it was revealed that police had used torture to extract confessions
from several of these men in 1973.
Eye on the Prize - Fred Hampton - Chicago, Attica Prison Revolt: The
murder of Black Panther Party Chicago leaders Fred Hampton and Mark
Clark by police and the 1971 Attica Prison Riot.
Questions and Answers by Big Man Howard, Black Panther Party
Co-Founder who accompanied fellow Panther Bobby Seale and met with
prisoners in Attica before the massacre.
Food and Drinks will be served for a donation.
