Respectfully ask why the Georgia State Prison is continuing to hold 
Jamil Al-Amin in 23 hour lockdown when he has already by sentenced to 
life imprisonment plus 30 years without parole?

This is subjecting Jamil Al-Amin to cruel and unnecessary punishment, 
can the official you speak with or write to supply you as a 
tax-paying, law abiding citizen with a reasonable answer?

We would like to see a consistent flow of letters and/or phone calls 
made on this issue and as always we encourage all who do so to 
maintain dignity and respect in expressing their concern.

We must remember that Jamil Al-Amin has been held in 23 hour lockdown 
since April of 2002.

Please circulate this request.
