<p>The humanitarian situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate as
Israeli aggression persists, amid a rising death toll and a deepening
humanitarian crisis marked by worsening shortages and collapsing
essential services.</p>
<p>Three Palestinians, including a child, <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/israeli-renewed-attacks--ceasefire-violations-hit-gaza-as-de" target="_blank" rel="noopener">were killed in an Israeli </a>aggression on al-Baraka Street in Deir al-Balah, in central Gaza, <strong>Al Mayadeen</strong>\u2019s correspondent in Gaza reported.</p>

<p>In its daily statistical update, the Gaza Health Ministry said four
Palestinians were killed and eight others injured over 24 hours as a
result of Israeli aggression across the territory. They added that some
victims remain trapped under rubble or on roads, with rescue teams
unable to reach them.</p>
<p>Since the "ceasefire" took effect on October 11, the Ministry
reported that a total of 1,045 Palestinians have been killed and 3,380
injured, alongside 786 reported recoveries of the bodies of Palestinian
martyrs.</p>
<p>Cumulative figures released by Gaza health officials state that since
the start of the genocide on October 7, 2023, 73,058 people have been
killed and 173,488 injured.</p>
<h2>Ceasefire violations mount relentlessly</h2>
<p>The Government Media Office in Gaza also reported 3,465 Israeli
ceasefire violations during the 260 days since the truce. It added that
113 Palestinians had been detained during this time.</p>

<p>According to the same figures, 55,539 aid trucks have entered Gaza
out of a planned 156,000, while 8,016 passengers have been allowed to
cross through Rafah out of 21,800 scheduled travellers, both
representing roughly 36% of expected movement.</p>
<p>The office accused Israeli authorities of <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/gaza-massacres--dozens-killed-as-iof-strikes-civilians--aid" target="_blank" rel="noopener">systematic violations</a> of the ceasefire agreement and called on mediators and guarantor states to intervene and ensure compliance with its terms.</p>
<p>Separately, health officials warned that around half of the dialysis
machines in Gaza have stopped operating due to shortages of medical
supplies, raising concerns over the safety of kidney patients.</p></div></div></div>
