<p class="gmail-wp-block-paragraph">Senior Hamas official Osama Hamdan said 
that the main problem with Nikolay Mladenov, a representative involved 
in the Trump administration\u2019s mediation efforts, is that he \u201cexpresses 
the Israeli position rather than that of a mediator,\u201d saying that his 
approach to the negotiations does not address key Palestinian demands.</p>



<p class="gmail-wp-block-paragraph">In remarks to Al-Masirah TV, Hamdan said 
the dispute with Mladenov centers on three main issues. The first, he 
said, is the failure to provide any commitment regarding Palestinian 
demands, including the implementation of the first phase of the 
agreement.</p>



<p class="gmail-wp-block-paragraph">He added that the second issue is the 
refusal to meet Hamas\u2019s demand that Israel be compelled to fulfill its 
obligations and provide genuine guarantees to ensure compliance.</p>



<p class="gmail-wp-block-paragraph">According to Hamdan, the third issue is 
the attempt to limit negotiations to the disarmament of the Palestinian 
resistance. He stressed that such a proposal is unacceptable and 
contradicts the consensus reached among Palestinian factions.</p>



<p class="gmail-wp-block-paragraph">Hamdan also said that Israel would not 
succeed in separating the various resistance fronts, emphasizing that 
resistance groups have reached understandings aimed at preventing such 
an outcome.</p>



<p class="gmail-wp-block-paragraph">He further argued that efforts by Israel 
and its allies to isolate Palestinians from their Arab and Islamic 
surroundings have failed, saying that support for the Palestinian cause 
continues to expand and praising what he described as backing from 
resistance movements across the region.</p>



<p class="gmail-wp-block-paragraph">Separately, Hamas spokesperson Hazem 
Qassem said that accelerating the deployment of the National Committee 
for the Administration of Gaza and enabling it to begin its work was a 
central topic during recent talks held in Cairo.</p>



<p class="gmail-wp-block-paragraph">Qassem stated that Hamas had reiterated 
its full readiness to hand over all governing responsibilities in Gaza 
to the committee, including security-related matters, and to provide all
 possible support to ensure the success of its mission.</p>
