<p>The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on Friday that it destroyed and severely damaged several US aerial <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/irgc-details-waves-79--80--and-81-against-us--israeli-milita" target="_blank" rel="noopener">refueling aircraft and the logistical support</a> HQs at the Al-Kharj airbase in Saudi Arabia, in wave 84 of Operation True Promise 4.</p>
<p>According to the IRGC\u2019s Public Relations office, the Aerospace Force, in coordination with the Navy Force, carried out a <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/iran-insists-lebanon-included-in-any-regional-ceasefire-deal" target="_blank" rel="noopener">joint missile and drone operation targeting</a> the base\u2019s missile defense systems.</p>
<p>The statement added that solid- and liquid-fueled missiles penetrated
the base, striking the headquarters of the aerial refueling and <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/over-5-470-israelis-wounded-since-start-of-regional-war" target="_blank" rel="noopener">support fleet with a heavy barrage</a> of missiles and drones.</p>

<p>The IRGC said the operation resulted in \u201c<a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/irgc-launches-wave-79-of-operation-true-promise-4--targets-u" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the destruction and severe damage</a> to numerous wide-body and heavy aircraft used for refueling and support\u201d by US forces.</p>
<p>The statement concluded by emphasizing that IRGC fighters, defending
the positions of the Islamic Republic in the Strait of Hormuz and the
Gulf, \u201cwill continue attacking enemy strongholds in the region with full
force."</p>
<p>It added that the operation is in response to \u201cthe aggressive exploitation of regional airbases by the US terrorist regime.\u201d</p>
<p>Additionally, the IRGC published photos showing the refueling aircraft they struck during the wave.</p>

<h2>IRGC targets US, Israeli gatherings in Bubiyan Island in Kuwait</h2>
<p>In a subsequent statement, and as part of the ongoing wave 84, the
IRGC\u2019s Naval Force carried out a surprise strike targeting multiple
gatherings of \u201cZionist and American terrorists\u201d on Bubiyan Island in
Kuwait, using a combination of missiles and drones.</p>
<p>The IRGC stated that a significant number of US Marine personnel were
killed or wounded, with the casualties transported to Salih Al-Sabah,
Mohammed Al-Ahmad, and Ali Al-Salem hospitals.</p>
<p>Field sources indicated that the hospitals were placed under full
lockdown, restricting access for Kuwaiti patients while treating the
wounded, sparking protests among the local population.</p>
<p>The IRGC\u2019s Naval Force declared that it would continue its
\u201cdevastating strikes\u201d against US military personnel in the region until
they are \u201ccompletely eradicated from Muslim lands.\u201d</p>
<h2>IRGC troops thank Egyptian sheikh</h2>
<p>The IRGC also referenced remarks made by Egyptian Al-Azhar scholar
Sheikh Abdel Bari Suleiman during his recent Eid al-Fitr sermon,
delivered in the presence of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, in
which he called for support for Egypt and Muslim communities worldwide.</p>
<p>Ahead of the missile strike on the US base in Saudi Arabia, the IRGC
reportedly sent a message honoring the Sheikh, stating, \u201cIn support of
the Islamic Ummah\u2026 At your service, O Messenger of God\u2026 Thank you,
Sheikh."</p>

<p>A picture of the Sheikh was put on a missile prior to launching it,
along with a prayer asking God to \u201cprotect all Muslims from the evil of
the greater Israeli strife.\u201d</p>
<h2>Wave 83 targets oil facilities in Isdud, Modi'in</h2>
<p>Earlier on Friday, Iran\u2019s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the 83rd wave of Operation True Promise 4, <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/irgc-launches-missiles--uavs-on-us-and-israeli-targets-in-ot" target="_blank" rel="noopener">conducted through coordinated missile strikes</a> and drone attacks by its Aerospace and Naval forces.</p>
<p>The IRGC confirmed that the strikes <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/iranian-missiles-hit-bir-al-sabe---tel-aviv--disrupt-knesset" target="_blank" rel="noopener">targeted oil storage facilities and military positions</a> in Isdud, as well as Israeli occupation army units stationed in the settlement of Modi'in.</p>
<p>US military sites were also hit, including bases at Al-Dhafra and
Al-Udeid, along with an American military intelligence exchange center.
Fuel depots for aircraft and fighter jets were reportedly destroyed.</p>
<p>Maintenance and repair hangars for transport planes and drones at Ali
Al-Salem base were struck, as well as Patriot system maintenance
facilities at Sheikh Isa base.</p>
<p>The IRGC statement said the <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/irgc-launches-wave-77-of-otp-4--honors-martyred-resistance-s" target="_blank" rel="noopener">operation employed long- and medium-range precision</a>
missiles with multiple warheads, supported by one-way attack and
loitering drones. The statement described the wave as a \u201ccomplete
success,\u201d highlighting the precision and effectiveness of the attacks.</p></div></div></div>
