of appeal with
the DC Circuit
Court of
Appeals, as

which may be
the first step
towards
petitioning
the Supreme
Court to block
the District
Court order
stopping DHS\u2019
termination of
TPS. If DHS
succeeds in
blocking the
order, the
Department
would
immediately
terminate TPS
for Haitians,
canceling work
authorizations
and exposing
350,000 of our
neighbors to
the
deportation
