              <p>Gaza's Government Media Office has reported 393
                ceasefire violations by the Israeli occupation,
                resulting in 279 civilian deaths and over 650 injuries.</p>

                <p>The Government Media Office in Gaza has condemned the
                  <a
href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/gaza-health-crisis--100-000-wounded--hospitals-in-collapse"
                    target="_blank" rel="noopener"
                    moz-do-not-send="true">continued, serious, and
                    systematic violations</a> by the Israeli occupation
                  of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.
                  According to the office, a total of 393 documented
                  violations had been recorded as of Tuesday evening,
                  November 18, 2025, since the agreement went into
                  effect.</p>
                <p>The statement reported that the <a
href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/china-slams-us-gaza-plan-for-failing-to-ensure-palestinian-g"
                    target="_blank" rel="noopener"
                    moz-do-not-send="true">latest violations have killed
                    279 civilians</a>, including children, women, and
                  elderly individuals, in addition to 652 injuries of
                  varying degrees.</p>
                <p>It also documented the arbitrary detention of 35
                  Palestinians during raids and incursions, warning that
                  these actions undermine the agreement and create a
                  deadly reality that threatens stability in the Gaza
                  Strip.</p>
                <p>The office said the violations included:</p>
                <ul>
                  <li>113 <a
href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/nebenzia--us--allies-fully-responsible-for-gaza-plan-outcome"
                      target="_blank" rel="noopener"
                      moz-do-not-send="true">incidents of direct gunfire
                      targeting civilians</a>, homes, residential
                    neighborhoods, and displacement shelters;</li>
                  <li>17 incursions by armored vehicles into residential
                    and agricultural areas, surpassing the temporary
                    yellow demarcation line;</li>
                  <li>174 ground, naval, and aerial strikes;</li>
                  <li>85 demolitions of residential and civilian
                    structures, describing the acts as a <a
href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/trump-hails-un-vote-on-gaza--reaffirming--board-of-peace"
                      moz-do-not-send="true">systematic effort to cause
                      wider destruction</a> and collectively punish the
                    population</li>
                </ul>
                <h2>GMO demands action</h2>
                <p>In the statement, the office <a
href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/report--foreign-lone-soldiers-form-over-half-of-israeli-forc"
                    target="_blank" rel="noopener"
                    moz-do-not-send="true">held the Israeli occupation</a>
                  fully responsible for the humanitarian and security
                  consequences of these violations, warning that the
                  continued \u201caggressive approach\u201d threatens to derail
                  international efforts to sustain the truce.</p>
                <p>It called on US President <a
href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/hamas-urges-action-to-end-gaza-siege-as-humanitarian-crisis"
                    target="_blank" rel="noopener"
                    moz-do-not-send="true">Donald Trump, mediating
                    countries, guarantors</a> of the ceasefire, and the
                  UN Security Council to take effective action to stop
                  the attacks and compel the occupation to comply with
                  the agreement and its humanitarian protocol.</p>
                <p>The office concluded that the persistence of <a
href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/ceasefire-in-name-only--gaza-death-toll-nears-70-000"
                    target="_blank" rel="noopener"
                    moz-do-not-send="true">these violations endangers
                    prospects for stability</a> and reinforces that only
                  firm international pressure can oblige the occupation
                  to respect international law and UN resolutions.</p>
                <h2>Violations ongoing</h2>
                <p>Just today, Wednesday, <strong>Al Mayadeen</strong>'s
                  correspondent in Gaza reported that an Israeli drone
                  strike wounded several Palestinians in the town of
                  Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Younis in the southern part
                  of the Strip, as targeting operations continue across
                  various other areas.</p>
                <p>The Nasser Medical Complex reported that a woman and
                  her child were <a
href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/7-000--tons-of-unexploded-ordnance-endanger-gaza-civilian-li"
                    target="_blank" rel="noopener"
                    moz-do-not-send="true">wounded by an Israeli drone
                    strike</a> behind the "Yellow Line" in the same
                  town.</p>
                <p>Meanwhile, Israeli artillery has been targeting the
                  eastern areas of Khan Younis, while warplanes have
                  conducted raids behind the "Yellow Line" in both Rafah
                  and Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, as part of
                  an aerial escalation that has been ongoing since last
                  night.</p>
                <p>Meanwhile, in the north of the territory, Israeli
                  artillery fire has reached the al-Shaima area north of
                  Beit Lahia.</p>
