<p>Mohammad al-Farah, a senior official in the Houthi political bureau,
has responded to Israeli Security Minister Israel Katz's threat to "fly
the Israeli flag" in Yemen's capital, Sanaa.</p>
<p>In a post on X, al-Farah stated that before anyone could speak of
raising their flag in Sanaa, they must first resume operations at <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/yemeni-drone-strikes-eilat--followed-by-missile-at-tel-aviv" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the defunct port of Eilat</a>
and dare to fly their own flag on their ships, rather than hiding
behind the flags of other nations for fear of attacks from Ansar Allah's
naval forces.</p>
<p>Directing his words at Katz, He added, "You speak of occupying Sanaa,
yet you cannot even reclaim your own Israeli ship, the Galaxy Leader."</p>
<p>Previously, Israeli Minister Israel Katz threatened to target Ansar
Allah leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi and fly the Israeli flag over Sanaa, a
statement that underscores the significant losses and steady attrition
the <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/red-sea-blockade-to-continue--support-for-gaza-ceaseless--al" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Israeli occupation is suffering from Yemeni</a> military strikes.</p>
<h2>YAF operate against 'Israel' undeterred</h2>
<p>Yemeni forces continue their operations in the Red Sea and Bab
al-Mandeb Strait, targeting Israeli or Israel-linked ships. These
attacks have <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/yaf-strike--israel---force-prime-minister-jet-to-land" target="_blank" rel="noopener">successfully disrupted traffic</a> at Israeli ports, most notably halting operations at the port of Eilat.</p>
<p>Additionally, the <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/yemen-announces-hypersonic-missile-strike-on-israeli-targets" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Yemeni Armed Forces continue their operations</a>
deep inside the occupied Palestinian territories, striking a variety of
critical enemy targets, most notably the Ben Gurion and Ramon airports.</p>
<p>On September 18, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/yaf-announce-three-missile--drone-ops-against-israeli-target" target="_blank" rel="noopener">they had carried out three military</a> operations against strategic targets in occupied Palestine, specifically in the areas of Tel Aviv, Eilat, and Beer al-Sabe'.</p>
<p>In a statement, spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced that the missile force had <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/yemenis-affirm--loyalty-to-martyrs--no-retreat-from-supporti" target="_blank" rel="noopener">executed a military operation by launching</a> a Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile against a sensitive Israeli military target in occupied Yafa.</p>
<p>The operation successfully achieved its objectives, which included
causing millions of Israeli civilians to flee to shelters and forcing
the closure of airspace.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the UAV force simultaneously carried out two additional military operations.</p>
<p>He detailed that <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/yemeni-drones-strike-israeli-airports--sensitive-dimona-site" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the first UAV operation struck various targets</a>
in the Eilat area using three drones, while the second operation
targeted a sensitive site in the Beer al-Sabe' area with one drone.</p>
<p>Israeli <em>Channel 12 </em>reported that a drone launched from Yemen
detonated in the courtyard of the Naveh Hotel in Eilat, damaging the
structure, while other media reported that air traffic was halted at the
