                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">Dell
                    Technologies enjoys deeper ties with the Israeli
                    military than previously known, including enabling
                    Israeli soldiers to target and kill Palestinian
                    civilians using Artificial Intelligence (AI)
                    technologies, the<i> Electronic Intifada</i> </span><a
href="https://electronicintifada.net/content/dells-complicity-israels-genocide/50824"
                    moz-do-not-send="true"><span
                      style="background-color:transparent">reported</span></a><span
                    style="background-color:transparent"> on 24 July.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">In January
                    2023, the US-based multinational won a $150 million
                    tender from Israel\u2019s Defense Ministry to supply
                    servers and IT infrastructure to the Israeli army,
                    other security bodies, and the ministry itself.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">The deal
                    included services provided by Dell subsidiaries
                    VMware and EMC Israel Advanced Information
                    Technologies, which offered both technology and
                    training to Israeli military units.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">According
                    to the watchdog group WhoProfits.org, Dell is also
                    involved in occupation-linked initiatives such as
                    Israel\u2019s National Cyber Park in the Negev desert, a
                    joint government-industry-academia project
                    explicitly designed to advance military cyber
                    capabilities.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">However,
                    internal documents obtained by the<i> Electronic
                      Intifada</i> reveal a deeper level of complicity
                    than previously reported. These documents show that
                    Dell technology is actively used in Israeli military
                    operations involving artificial intelligence,
                    including tools allegedly responsible for mass
                    surveillance and automated targeting of
                    Palestinians.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">Among the
                    systems supported by Dell infrastructure are \u201cThe
                    Gospel,\u201d an AI program that generates infrastructure
                    targets; \u201cLavender,\u201d which produces algorithm-driven
                    kill lists; and \u201cWhere\u2019s Daddy,\u201d a tool used to
                    track individuals and bomb them once they return
                    home.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">Dell\u2019s
                    rugged AI-powered laptops are reportedly used by
                    Israel\u2019s elite Unit 8200 cyberwarfare unit, while
                    its servers and networking hardware support facial
                    recognition systems developed by the Israeli firm
                    AnyVision, which is deployed widely at checkpoints
                    across the occupied Palestinian territories.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">Beneficiaries
                    of Dell\u2019s technologies include the Golani Brigade \u2013
                    implicated in the killing of 15 paramedics in Rafah
                    in April 2024 \u2013 the Flotilla 13 naval unit, and the
                    Israeli Air Force. Elbit Systems Land &amp; C41, the
                    communications arm of the Israeli arms giant, also
                    receives Dell equipment.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">Dell\u2019s
                    ties to the Israeli military stretch back nearly two
                    decades. </span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">In 2006,
                    it provided 50,000 computers to the Israeli army.
                    After merging with EMC Corporation in 2016, Dell
                    absorbed a large R&amp;D presence in Israel, which
                    founder and CEO Michael Dell described as a \u201ccenter
                    of excellence.\u201d</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">At a 2016
                    tech conference in Tel Aviv, Dell stated the company
                    was \u201cdeeply committed to Israel\u201d and later met with
                    Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, now
                    wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for
                    war crimes in Gaza.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">In January
                    2024, amid escalating violence in Gaza, Michael Dell
                    posted a photo with Israeli President Isaac Herzog
                    on social media, writing, \u201cIt\u2019s an honor to stand
                    with Isaac Herazog and Israel.\u201d</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">Herzog\u2019s
                    comments blaming \u201can entire nation\u201d in Gaza for the
                    7 October attacks were cited in the International
                    Court of Justice\u2019s (ICJ) interim ruling ordering
                    Israel to halt genocidal acts.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">Dell is
                    also reportedly a major donor to Friends of the
                    Israel Defense Forces (IDF), a US-based fundraising
                    organization.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">In a July
                    2025 </span><a
href="https://www.ohchr.org/en/press-releases/2025/07/forever-occupation-genocide-and-profit-special-rapporteurs-report-exposes"
                    moz-do-not-send="true"><span
                      style="background-color:transparent">report,</span></a><span
                    style="background-color:transparent"> UN Special
                    Rapporteur Francesca Albanese condemned the
                    corporate complicity in Israel\u2019s actions. \u201cCorporate
                    actors are deeply entwined in the system of
                    occupation, apartheid, and genocide,\u201d she wrote,
                    highlighting how companies like Dell, Microsoft, and
                    Palantir are enabling a \u201clivestreamed genocide\u201d
                    through AI technologies and cloud infrastructure.</span></p>
                <p><span style="background-color:transparent">\u201cCorporations
                    cannot claim neutrality,\u201d Albanese warned. \u201cThey are
                    either part of the machinery of displacement \u2013 or
                    part of dismantling it.\u201d</span></p>
