<p>Iran will respond with a "crushing retaliation" to any future attack
on its territory, the spokesperson for the Islamic Revolution Guard
Corps (IRGC), Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini, said in a warning
issued during an interview with <strong>Al Mayadeen</strong>.</p>
<p>\u201cThere will be no red lines for us if another act of aggression is
committed,\u201d Naeini declared, emphasizing that the Islamic Republic\u2019s <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/iran-chief-of-staff-warns--israel---defends-national-unity" target="_blank" rel="noopener">swift military response</a> to the recent war has \u201cthwarted enemy calculations.\u201d</p>
<h2>Enemies failed to achieve objectives</h2>
<p>Brigadier General Naeini asserted that the Israeli occupation's
central goal was the destruction of the Islamic Republic\u2019s power, but he
claimed that the offensive failed to achieve any strategic results.
\u201cWars are judged by the achievement of objectives, and the enemy failed
to meet a single one,\u201d he said.</p>
<p>He revealed that the <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/iran-strategically-foiled-israeli-us-scheme--advisor-shamkha" target="_blank" rel="noopener">primary objective of the war</a>
was to weaken, fragment, and subjugate Iran. However, he stressed that
\u201cnone of these goals were realized,\u201d adding that the Iranian system
emerged intact and determined.</p>
<p>According to Naeini, the enemy resorted to military confrontation
only after exhausting its diplomatic options. \u201cTheir shift to military
action shows they lack a true understanding of Iran\u2019s system,\u201d he said.</p>
<h2>Over 2,000 missiles and drones launched at "Israel"</h2>
<p>The IRGC spokesperson stated that Iran launched more than 2,000
missiles and drones toward the occupied Palestinian territories during
the war, and that \u201ca large number of these hit their targets with
precision.\u201d</p>
<p>Naeini also rejected suggestions that the killing of Iranian commanders had succeeded in <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/iran-strategically-foiled-israeli-us-scheme--advisor-shamkha" target="_blank" rel="noopener">destabilizing Iran\u2019s leadership</a>.
\u201cTargeting our commanders did not disrupt our chain of command; to the
contrary, our response was swift and organized,\u201d he said.</p>
<p>He concluded by asking, \u201cWho is living in fear now? Iran or its
enemies?\u201d answering definitively: \u201cIt is our enemies who fear the scale
of Iran\u2019s devastating response if another attack occurs.\u201d</p>
<h2>'Israel' failed in achieving objectives</h2>
<p>Ali Larijani, senior advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution
in Iran, stated that the Israeli regime and the United States<span> </span><a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/-israel--failed-to-topple-iran--lost-12-day-war--larijani-sa" target="_blank" rel="noopener">conspired to overthrow the Iranian government</a><span> </span>within less than a week. He said that "Israel" and the US were convinced they<span> </span><a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/sayyed-al-houthi--overthrowing-islamic-republic-of-iran-impo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">could dismantle the Islamic Republic</a><span> </span>in just five or six days, and Netanyahu's primary objective was to force the Iranian people into submission.</p>
<p>Larijani further explained that the conspiracy involved more than
just attacks aimed at Iran's leadership, revealing that after plotting
to eliminate the heads of the three branches of government, Israel had
plans to escalate their efforts by<span> </span><a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/we-planned-to-assassinate-khamenei--but-we-couldn-t-reach-hi" target="_blank" rel="noopener">assassinating the Leader of the Islamic Revolution</a>, Sayyed Ali Khamenei.</p>
<p>The senior advisor further stressed that this scheme demonstrated a
fundamental misjudgment of Iran's resilience, noting that "The Zionist
enemy and the United States failed to grasp the culture and historical
depth of the Iranian people."</p>
<p>Larijani pointed to a critical shift in the confrontation that
occurred on Saturday, June 21, when third-party mediators stepped in,
explaining that "They realized Israel had reached a dead end." He noted
that within two days, by Monday, June 23, Tel Aviv was desperately
seeking a way to impose a ceasefire.</p></div></div></div>
