<h3>The Jenin refugee camp is enduring a devastating military campaign 
by the Palestinian Authority, with severe humanitarian consequences and 
widespread violations.</h3>

<p><span>The media committee in the Jenin refugee camp issued an open 
letter to Arab and international media, urging them to highlight the 
severe suffering of the camp’s residents due to the ongoing military 
campaign by the Palestinian Authority’s security forces, the Quds News 
Network reported on Saturday.</span></p>
<p><span>In the letter, the committee reported that the  Jenin camp is 
under a complete siege, with electricity and water cut off, while food 
and medical supplies have been blocked, worsening the already dire 
humanitarian situation. </span></p>
<p><span>The committee confirmed that hospitals in the refugee camp have
 been raided and turned into military barracks, and wounded individuals 
have been arrested directly from the operating rooms, a flagrant 
violation of international humanitarian laws.</span></p>
<p><span>The situation inside the refugee camp is described as “almost 
impossible,” with residents struggling to survive amid severe shortages 
of basic necessities and ongoing random shelling that threatens their 
safety.</span></p>
<p><span>The letter also reported that the refugee camp has been 
subjected to indiscriminate shelling, leading to the burning of homes 
and the displacement of entire families. </span></p>


<p><span>Journalists have been directly threatened to prevent coverage 
of the events, aiming to obscure the reality and suppress the 
Palestinian narrative. Additionally, the campaign includes widespread 
arrests, violent raids on homes and mosques, random gunfire injuring 
women and children, and the destruction of property and infrastructure.</span></p>
<p><span>The committee appealed to the international community and the 
media to provide accurate coverage of the crimes committed against the 
residents and to hold the Palestinian Authority accountable for actions 
that serve the Israeli occupation’s interests and undermine the 
Palestinian resistance. </span></p>
<p><span>It called for an immediate end to the siege, a halt to the 
military campaign, and for humanitarian and medical aid to be allowed 
into the camp. The committee also stressed the need for an urgent 
international investigation into the crimes, to ensure accountability 
for those responsible.</span></p>
<p><span>The committee urged the media to intensify coverage and keep 
the issue of the Jenin refugee camp at the forefront of the global media
 agenda. In conclusion, the committee called for international action to
 end the ongoing tragedy, achieve justice for the residents, and ensure 
their protection from further violations.</span></p>


<h4><strong>PA Violent Campaign</strong></h4>
<p><span>For the 38th consecutive day, Palestinian Authority security 
forces have been conducting an operation against resistance fighters in 
Jenin camp, continuing to enforce a strict siege that exacerbates the 
already grave humanitarian and living conditions. </span></p>
<p><span>The PA forces have carried out arrest campaigns, including the 
detention of two young men, Muhammad Suqiya and Ibrahim Abu Tabikh.</span></p>
<p><span>On Wednesday, journalist Jarrah Khalaf from Jenin was arrested 
by PA security forces and transferred to detention, pending a request 
from the governor. His family has appealed to international human rights
 and humanitarian organizations for help in determining his whereabouts.</span></p>


<p><span>Furthermore, a recent photo showed Amr Al-Shami, who was 
detained on December 25, enduring cruel and inhuman treatment by PA 
security forces. He was reportedly subjected to severe torture, 
resulting in broken limbs and serious injuries. Court documents revealed
 that Al-Shami was unable to move due to the injuries, including bruises
 and a broken leg, sustained during the torture.</span></p>
