</div><p style="text-align:justify">The Israeli Occupation Forces' 
spokesperson announced that 312 IOF soldiers were dead and that 239 had 
been captured by the Palestinian Resistance and <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/intelligence-denied:-officials-ignored-warnings-of-suspiciou" target="_blank" rel="noopener">kept within the Gaza Strip</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Moreover, the spokesperson explained that while the IOF "expanded the ground operation in Gaza" it remained a complex endeavor.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify">Previously, on October 15, the Israeli Prime Minister’s office announced the <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/more-children-killed-in-gaza-since-oct-7-than-killed-yearly" target="_blank" rel="noopener">death of 1,400 Israelis</a>, noting that the number of those wounded reached 3,500.</p>
