<p>Hamas' military wing Al-Qassam Brigades announced on Friday targeting
Ben Gurion airport in "Tel Aviv" with a barrage of rockets in response
to "the forced displacement and targeting of unarmed civilians" by the
Israeli occupation army in Gaza.</p>
<p>The Resistance group also declared the targeting of an Israeli
military gathering in "Kfar Saad" settlement in Gaza's Envelope with two
kamikaze drones of the recently unveiled Zouari type.</p>
<p>Additionally, Al-Qassam said it had launched fifty rockets toward the "Sderot" settlement and 150 rockets toward "Ashkelon".</p>
<p>Furthermore, the Brigades fired three Metabar air defense missiles at an Israeli drone over Khan Yunis.</p>
<p>For their part, Palestinian Islamic Jihad's Al-Quds Brigades
announced targeting the occupied city of Bir Al-Sabi' with a barrage of
rockets in response to the ongoing Israeli aggression on civilians in
Gaza.</p>

<p>Israeli <em>Channel 12</em> reported on Friday that since the
beginning of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, "over 1000 rockets have been fired
at Ashkelon." The repeated targeting of the settlement comes after
Al-Qassam's military spokesperson Abu Obeida warned "Asheklon" settlers
earlier this week to evacuate the settlement, vowing that the Resistance
will continue to rain rockets on it until the Israeli occupation army
stops targeting civilians in Gaza to forcefully displace them.</p>
<p>As the operation entered its seventh day, Israeli casualties are
still on the rise, recording 1,500 deaths and 3,400 injuries in the
latest update. On the same note, the Israeli military spokesperson
announced that 120 Israeli families were informed that a relative of
theirs was captured during the operation by the Resistance.</p>
<p>On the frontlines, Israeli media reported three incidents happening
concurrently on Friday morning: suspected infiltration from "Zikim"
beach, suspected drone infiltration in a settlement in Gaza's envelope,
and shooting inside "Ashkelon".</p>
<p>Suffering significant battle defeats, the Israeli occupation entity
seems to be moving toward deciding to launch a ground invasion of Gaza.
Hundreds of thousands of Israeli reserve forces have been mobilized so
far, while Israeli media are reporting that the majority of forces are
heading to sites near Gaza.</p>

<p>This comes as the Israeli occupation army carried out its most brutal
attacks since last Saturday on besieged Gaza throughout Thursday night
and gave around <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/israel-gives-ultimatum-for-evacuation-then-intensifies-bombi">1.1 million Palestinians</a>
in the Strip 24 hours starting Friday morning to evacuate the area. The
UN warned that this move is "impossible" and will further worsen the
already devastating situation.</p>
<p>However, Al-Qassam has warned the Israelis against such an action.</p>
<p>Commenting on emerging reports of an Israeli land assault, Al-Qassam
Spokesperson Abu Obeida said, "If [Israel] dares to enter Gaza, we <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/resistance-to-crush-israel-if-it-sets-foot-in-gaza:-abu-obei">will crush its army</a>."</p>
<p>"Al-Qassam Brigades is in control of the course of the battle, and we
underline our preparedness in terms of defense. Our military
infrastructure and armament enable us to efficiently defend ourselves."</p>
<p>After the Resistance succeeded in maintaining control over several
settlements and land routes connecting their positions with Gaza,
settlers still residing in settlements up to 4 km from Gaza were asked
by the Israeli occupation army to stay in fortified places.</p>

<p>Earlier today, Israeli media admitted that "despite all the airstrikes, what we see today is <a href="https://english.almayadeen.net/news/politics/israeli-media-admit-no-achievements-settlers-grow-more-infur">not a significant military achievement</a>," indicating that "what we see is not a significant impact on Hamas’ military capabilities."</p>
<p>Israeli newspaper <em>Haaretz </em>reported that "Israel adopted a
new concept instead of the old one, but it will also fail," adding that
"Israel made a mistake in dealing with Hamas."</p>
<p>Further criticizing the entity's performance, the news outlet pointed
out that the slogan "the war against Hamas as if it were the ISIS
organization" is a false slogan and definitely not a strategy.</p>
