href="https://electronicintifada.net/blogs/ali-abunimah/israel-lawfare-group-plans-massive-punishments-activists"
target="_blank" moz-do-not-send="true">The Lawfare
Project</a> filed a lawsuit against San Francisco
State University (SFSU) and Professor Rabab Abdulhadi
falsely charging them with anti-semitism. On August 21,
Dr. Abdulhadi <span
style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><b><font
size="2"><a
href="http://palestinelegal.org/s/motion-to-dismiss-conformed.pdf"
target="_blank" moz-do-not-send="true">filed a
motion to dismiss</a></font></b> </span>this
frivolous and specious lawsuit whose aim is to suppress
and punish campus debate, scholarship and activism for
Palestinian freedom. Dr. Abdulhadi maintains, “<a
href="http://palestinelegal.org/news/rabab-abdulhadi-moves-to-dismiss-frivolous-lawfare-suit"
target="_blank" moz-do-not-send="true">This will fail,
because, as an educator, I have the right to seek truth
and justice, and to study Palestine.”</a></p>

November 8, 2017, the <span
