Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidanped at least 17 Palestinians on
Thursday overnight raids in the occupied West Bank and in occupied
East Jerusalem, also threatening a prisoner’s family with house
demolition, according to Palestinian and Israeli sources.<br>

According to the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS), the IOF
invaded, Thursday at dawn, several Palestinian districts in the
occupied West Bank, searched and ransacked homes, and kidnapped at
least fourteen Palestinians.<br>
<br>
The Wadi Hilweh Information Center in Silwan (Silwanic) reported
that Israeli soldiers invaded, on Thursday morning, several
Palestinian homes in Jerusalem’s Old city, and searched them before
kidnapping two women.<br>
<br>
In addition, the IOF kidnapped three Palestinians, including a child
and a woman, on Wednesday evening from occupied East Jerusalem.<br>
<br>
PPS said the IOF invaded several towns in Hebron, and kidnapped five
Palestinians, identified as Amjad Akram Rajabi, 22, Mohammad Abu
Sneina, Firas Fayez Rajabi, Ahmad Majed Hmeidat, 22, and Talab
Othman Abu Fara, 35.<br>

In Tulkarem, a Palestinian identified as Yousef Shehada Khalil, 21,
from Nour Shams refugee camp, i was kidnapped at ‘Ennab military
roadblock, after Israeli soldiers stopped his car.<br>
<br>
In the district of Ramallah and Al-Biereh, the Israeli soldiers
kidnapped Majdi Suleiman ‘Ataya and a child, identified as Ismael
al-‘Anqawi, only 11-years-old.<br>
<br>
In Jenin, after invading the city, they kidnapped four Palestinians,
identified as Mahmoud Amin Farahati, Mohammad Sa’id Sweity, Mohammad
Mitleq Sa’adi and Omar Nayef Sa’adi.<br>
<br>
In occupied East Jerusalem, Dalal al-Hashlamoun, 47, was kidnapped
after the IOF violently searching her home, causing excessive
property damage. In addition, ‘Adia Saidawi, 54, was also
kidnapped after the IOF invaded and searched her home, in the Old
City.<br>
<br>
On Wednesday evening, the IOF kidnapped a child, identified as Ahmad
Salem Barbari, 15, in addition to a young man, identified as Hazem
Siyam and a woman identified as Rawiya al-Qawasmi.<br>
<br>
Nearly 7,000 Palestinians are currently being held in Israeli
prisons and up to 40 percent of the male population has been
detained at some point in their lives, according to prisoners’
rights group Addameer.<br>
<br>
The group added that this number included 670 under administrative
detention.<br>
