Program:</b><br>
The speakers invite you to look at the status of education in Haiti
from elementary school to<br>
higher education, including UniFA (the Aristide Foundation Medical
School), its implications<br>
for the majority of the population, and the dire need of support.<br>
<br>
<b>Panel Moderator: Mr. Robert Roth,</b> Educator and Activist.<br>
<b>Panel: Professor Leslie Fleming,</b> Professor at Merritt College,<br>
<b>Educator Ayana Labossiere & Student Tina Ma,</b> recently
returned from Mission High School’s delegation to Haiti, and
<b>Ms. Tina Flores</b>,President of Quality Medical Relief
International.<br>
<b>Closing Remarks: Mr. Pierre Labossiere</b>, Haitian Activist.<br>
<br>
<b>Host: </b>East Bay Sanctuary Covenant’s Haiti Education Program
(HEP).<br>
<b>Co-sponsors</b>: Haiti Emergency Relief Fund (HERF) and the Haiti
Action Committee (HAC).<br>
<br>
All proceeds from this event will be donated to benefit the education
of the most needy children in Haiti, and to support higher education
through UniFA (The University of the Aristide Foundation).<br>
