This award-winning documentary reveals the workings of the government to
undermine struggles for justice. COINTELPRO was both a formal
program of the FBI and a term used to describe a conspiracy among local,
state, and federal governments to destroy movements for
self-determination and liberation for Black, Chicano, Asian, and
Indigenous communities as well as mount an institutional attack against
allies of these movements. It represents the state's strategy to
prevent movements and communities from overturning White supremacy and
creating racial justice.<br><br>
