misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize" radical social

Ward Churchill (author of COINTELPRO PAPERS) will speak on the history of

COINTELPRO and the State's ongoing campaigns of repression targeting<br>

dissident groups. Richard Brown will speak on behalf of the SF8, eight

<br>

former Black Panthers whose recent arrest on previously-dismissed charges

<br>

demonstrates that COINTELPRO is alive and well.<br>
