This town hall style public event will begin with food and socializing. A
panel representing community-based education & research projects will
set the stage for audience discussion of strategies for collaboration
between grassroots community-based projects and social justice academics.
National and international educational researchers attending the annual
meeting of the American Educational Research Association will be invited.
The theme of the AERA conference is “Education Research in the Public
Interest.” <br><br>
