  Gaza resistance announces major operations against Israeli forces

Al-Quds Brigades and Al-Qassam fighters carried out major operations in 
Gaza, targeting Israeli forces in Gaza City and Khan Younis with 
explosives and mortars.

The al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad 
movement, announced on Wednesday that its fighters carried out a 
large-scale operation against Israeli occupation forces in the al-Nasr 
neighborhood in western Gaza City, resulting in soldiers being reported 
killed or missing.

According to details released by the al-Quds Brigades, resistance 
fighters

detonated a house that had been pre-rigged with improvised explosive 
devices and explosives repurposed from Israeli munitions. The explosion 
occurred as an Israeli engineering unit entered the building with the 
intention of preparing it for demolition.

The operation was documented by a Hudhud (Hoopoe) drone, which captured 
the moment the Israeli force entered the house and the subsequent blast.

asserted that none of the Israeli soldiers survived, declaring them 
among the dead or missing.

In response, the Israeli occupation launched heavy and unprecedented 
airstrikes around the area of the operation.


    Rocket fire on settlements near Gaza

The al-Quds Brigades also confirmed that its rocket units struck the 
settlements of Mefalsim and Kfar Saad, in the Gaza envelope, with a 
salvo of rockets. The group said the attack came in retaliation for 
ongoing crimes committed by the Israeli regime against Palestinians in Gaza.

In a separate operation carried out earlier this week and announced on 
Wednesday, the Brigades reported detonating a GBU bomb, a remnant of 
Israeli munitions, against Israeli vehicles in the al-Zaharna area 
northwest of Gaza City.


    Joint operations with Hamas

The al-Quds Brigades said it also conducted joint operations with Hamas’ 
military wing, the al-Qassam Brigades

The groups claimed to have shelled an Israeli command-and-control post 
on the Morag axis south of Khan Younis with heavy mortar fire. 
Additional mortar shells targeted Israeli troops and vehicles in 
northern Khan Younis.

Meanwhile, al-Qassam’s military media released footage documenting its 
fighters targeting Israeli soldiers and vehicles in Gaza City as part of 
its ongoing Asa Musa (Cane of Moses) operations.

Separately, the Al-Mujahideen Brigades announced that its fighters 
shelled a gathering of Israeli forces in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, 
southwest of Gaza City, with 60mm mortar shells on Tuesday.


    Escalating operations

On September 28, a tank was struck near the Salahhi Tower inTal al-Hawa

Fighters also conducted sniper operations, killing an Israeli soldier in 
al-Tuffah on September 24.

Al-Quds Brigades executed ambush operations, detonating anti-armor 
devices near al-Quds Hospital and destroying military vehicles in 
al-Sabra and al-Maghraqa. Fighters also targeted aMerkava tank

Gaza City and wounded an occupation soldier near al-Shati refugee camp.

In addition to ground operations, factions extended the battle beyond 
the Strip. Rockets were launched at occupied settlements,including Isdud

September 20 and Netivot on September 6. These strikes underscored the 
factions' ability to challenge Israeli defenses despite the siege.

The Palestinian Resistance continues its response to Israeli aggression, 
while Hamas and other factions review the Gaza ceasefire proposal put 
forward by US President Donald Trump, which the movement pledged to 
study "in good faith
