UG Solutions, a US military subcontractor that guarded Gaza Humanitarian
Foundation (GHF) aid sites, is ramping up recruitment for a new
deployment as plans advance for 12 to 15 distribution locations to
reopen in Gaza next month, /Drop Site News /
<https://www.dropsitenews.com/p/gaza-ghf-ug-solutions-aid-massacres-mercenaries-ceasefire-trump>reported
on 19 November.
A former US Army officer, who spoke anonymously citing security
concerns, said a UG Solutions recruiter told him in late October that
the company “was going to need a lot more guys” for a Gaza operation
expected to begin in early to mid-December.
The officer was offered $800 per day for static guard duty and $1,000
for mobile roles, plus a steady allowance of $180 per day.
Days after his second round of interviews, he was informed that his
application was rejected after UG Solutions said it had “received many
applications” and that the selection process was “very competitive.”
GHF’s previous four sites, opened in May, were dismantled

a ceasefire on 10 October.
For over four months, thousands of Palestinians seeking food were killed
or wounded by Israeli fire or security contractors stationed at or near
the distribution areas.
Between May and October 2025, over 2,600 Palestinians were killed and
around 19,000 injured in the attempt to seek life-sustaining aid from
GHF sites across Gaza, according to the /Drop Site/ report.
UG Solutions confirmed that it is preparing for “a wide range of
potential scenarios,” which could include an advisory presence or
“robust security” roles linked to the newly authorized International
Stabilization Force (ISF).
That force will fall under a Trump-chaired “Board of Peace” with
sweeping powers over Gaza’s reconstruction, security, economic policy,
and aid distribution.
Palestinian resistance groups have rejected
<https://thecradle.co/articles-id/34347>the UN Security Council’s (UNSC)
approval of the US plan for Gaza, saying it imposes a new form of
foreign guardianship designed to disarm them and achieve the objectives
Israel failed to impose through its genocide.
The /Drop Site/ report noted that the US initiated a separate $7-million
contract on 25 September with Q2IMPACT to monitor humanitarian aid in
Palestine and Lebanon.
Since their first deployment, UG Solutions’ record in Gaza became
synonymous with lethal force rather than “security.”
Testimonies <https://thecradle.co/articles-id/31324>and videos obtained
by AP and other sources showed subcontractors firing live rounds, stun
grenades, and other weapons at Palestinians “even if there was no
threat” – a pattern repeated at nearly every distribution site.
Haaretz testimonies describe GHF distribution zones as “killing fields,
<https://thecradle.co/articles-id/31621>” where Israeli soldiers receive
direct orders to fire tank shells, mortars, and machine guns at unarmed
Palestinians seeking food, killing dozens each day, with commanders
enforcing rules of engagement that treat civilians as hostile targets
and forbid aid trucks from entering.
One UG Solutions guard resigned in July, saying he witnessed war crimes
and crimes against humanity at aid centres he described as “death traps.”
In August, multiple outlets revealed that UG Solutions had even deployed
members of a US biker gang with a known history of anti-Muslim hate speech.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations in North Carolina has urged
state officials to investigate the company for its role in attacks on
Palestinians seeking food.
Since the ceasefire took effect, Israel has continued lethal attacks and
blocked the agreed 600 daily aid trucks, as famine conditions deepened
across Gaza.
UN agencies report that aid delivery remains “constrained
<https://thecradle.co/articles/un-says-aid-deliveries-in-gaza-remain-constrained-three-weeks-into-ceasefire>”
by Israeli restrictions, damaged routes, blocked crossings, and a
registration system that has left nearly $50 million in supplies
stranded. Gaza officials say only 4,453 of the 15,600 trucks required
under the ceasefire agreement have entered – just 28 percent of the
daily aid

to meet minimal needs.
