The Trump administration has put Cuba back on the fraudulent State 
Sponsors of Terrorism (SSOT) list as it tramples on Cuban sovereignty by 
designating the Guantánamo Bay military base as a detention center for 
deported migrants. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has even threatened to 
revoke US visas for government leaders whose nations hire life saving
