Israeli forces storm West Bank cities and towns, carry out detentions

Israeli occupation forces persist with their daily incursions across the
West Bank, detaining Palestinians and escalating their assault on Jenin and
Tulkarm.

Israeli occupation forces continue their daily incursions into cities and
towns across the occupied West Bank

while
maintaining their assault on Jenin, Tulkarm, and their refugee camps for
the second consecutive month.

On Friday, Israeli forces stormed the Balata refugee camp east of Nablus,
as well as the villages of Burqa in the northwest and Qabalan and Yatma in
the south.

Local sources reported that occupation soldiers raided the Jamaseen and
Hashasheen neighborhoods in the Balata camp, firing live bullets in the
area, where detentions or injuries were reported.

The sources added that Israeli military vehicles entered the town of Burqa,
raiding and ransacking several homes. However, no detentions were reported.


In the villages of Qabalan and Yatma, south of Nablus, occupation forces
carried out incursions amid heavy use of live ammunition, tear gas, and
stun grenades.

In Ramallah, Israeli forces raided the village of Qarawat Bani Zeid, west
of the city, as well as the town of Turmus Ayya and the village of Kafr Ein
to the north, conducting searches and detention operations among
Palestinian residents.

During an Israeli incursion into the city of Tulkarm, occupation forces
detained Hamza and Mahmoud al-Qudsi, Abdel Qader Zeidan, Abd Sufyan Taha,
and Nour Samara.

In occupied al-Quds, Israeli forces detained the child Bassel al-Abbasi
from the town of Silwan.

Meanwhile, in al-Khalil, occupation forces raided several neighborhoods,
including Izoun, al-Dahiya, al-Jami’a, al-Haras, Salam Street, and Tafouh.
They detained Abdul Rahman Haroun al-Sharbati and Hammam Bashar al-Jaabari
after storming their homes and other residences, vandalizing their
contents.

Additionally, Israeli forces set up several military checkpoints at the
entrances to al-Khalil and its surrounding towns, villages, and refugee
camps, while sealing off multiple main and secondary roads with iron gates,
concrete blocks, and earth mounds.
